1. Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, for example by sending a clear statement by email to [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
2. Returning the goods
You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please keep proof of postage, as we cannot process a refund if a return is lost in transit.
3. Hygiene exception
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed cosmetic and bathing products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. This includes opened bottles of bathing aromas and opened packs of bath salts.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods (or proof that you have sent them), we will refund all payments received for the returned items, including the standard cost of outbound delivery, within 14 days. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
6. Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate on your behalf.
